A successful Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) plays a vital role in the rehabilitation process, working closely with licensed clinicians to provide exceptional patient care. **Compensation Package**
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes customizable options, including insurance, paid time off, 401K matching program, long-term and short-term disability, and life insurance.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a PTA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support under the supervision of a licensed clinician. This includes safely setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing, and monitoring exercise performance, helping provide prescribed home exercise programs, and assisting with set up/delivery of therapeutic modalities as prescribed and appropriate. You will also maintain overall tidiness of the clinics, following cleaning and sanitation protocols; ordering and stocking clinic supplies; ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant healthcare experience, such as Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students. Customer Service experience and Certified Personal Trainer experience are also highly valued. An Associate's Degree in Health Sciences or Related Field is preferred.
