Job Summary:

ISOFTTEK SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a skilled Offset Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our paper offset printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain 4-6 color offset printing presses, including Sandan and Muller equipment.
  • Ensure high-quality prints by monitoring and adjusting ink levels, paper tension, and other critical parameters.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with our production team to meet tight deadlines and achieve production goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as printing technology or mechanical engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in offset printing, preferably with experience on Sandan or Muller equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical operations and processes, including ink chemistry and paper handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
