- Leverage knowledge of data modeling, ETL, SQL scripting, and analytical expertise
- 4+ years of experience in stream processing pipelines with Apache NiFi
- 1+ year of experience with JSON and parsing
- Experience building and maintaining data flows in NiFi
- Experience with ETL development and processes, including creating high-level ETL plans consisting of Source to Target mappings
- Experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting complex operational data flows
- Experience using Apache NiFi canvas to process and distribute data
- Experience with data flow processes and tools
- Experience with SQL, including writing complex SQL scripts, Oracle, and Server
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in CS
- Experience with data security and compliance procedures and policies
- Experience with Data Marts and Data Warehouses
- Experience with Dimensional Modeling and Relational Databases
- Experience with Data Modeling concepts
- Experience with Java, Python, Perl, or Bash
- Experience with Source code management and integration
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite, including JIRA or Confluence or GitHub
- Knowledge of overall IC agency processes and policies
- Ability to design ETL processes, including keeping business rules in mind for data quality purposes
- Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision
