The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience operating pave box equipment and will be responsible for performing duties at parking lots, communicating project status with stakeholders, and ensuring all materials are installed per specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Operate pave box equipment to install asphalt and ensure high-quality results.
- Communicate daily with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure all materials are installed per specifications and meet Rose Paving standards.
- Monitor mat and yield daily to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in asphalt installation and operation of pave box equipment preferred.
- Strong understanding of Rose Paving's business and proven abilities in asphalt installation.
