Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is on the lookout for a personable and enthusiastic Wellness Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for our clients, and it is essential to deliver outstanding customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fostering a professional and friendly rapport with each client.
  • Managing phone inquiries and returning messages promptly.
  • Coordinating appointment bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Welcoming new clients, collecting necessary waivers, and establishing Client Profiles in our system.
  • Facilitating check-ins and processing customer sessions through our point-of-sale system.
  • Greeting clients and guiding them to their selected services.
  • Administering all non-medical and non-specialty wellness services.
  • Conducting service tours and promoting packages and memberships.
  • Executing opening and closing procedures effectively.
  • Staying informed about our range of products and services to assist clients in achieving their wellness goals.
  • Educating clients on all available Restore modalities.
  • Assisting with various store operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing laundry, engaging in customer outreach, organizing community events, and supporting social media initiatives when not directly with clients.
Qualifications
  • A passion for health and wellness.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
