About the Position: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As an integral part of our After Incarceration Support Program, you will play a vital role in supporting the re-entry of returning citizens and other individuals with complex needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting intake and needs assessments, and connecting clients with essential resources and services. Your ability to work effectively with diverse populations, maintain accurate records, and navigate multiple systems will make a significant impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Intake and Engagement: Welcome clients, conduct intakes, and establish rapport to facilitate successful program participation.
  • Resource Identification and Connection: Identify and connect clients with essential resources, including healthcare, housing, and employment services.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update client files, and manage data in various systems with attention to detail and precision.
