Your Mission as a Procurement Tools Manager

As a Procurement Tools Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving procurement excellence at NTT DATA. Your mission will be to devise, design, and implement strategic initiatives that elevate our procurement practice. You'll be responsible for meticulously analyzing the current procurement landscape, conducting research, and assessing efficiency gaps to develop templates, tools, KPIs, spend reports, forms, SharePoint, and dashboards to support the procurement team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement executive dashboards and KPI measurements within PowerBI to drive business insights.
  • Design and build a vendor onboarding portal to streamline vendor information upload.
  • Develop and maintain procurement yearly initiative pipelines, dashboards, and metrics to track progress.
  • Advise stakeholders, business partners, and procurement teams on improvement tool options to support complex end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Assess procurement systems to identify areas of opportunity to streamline data, process, and programming to create efficiencies.
  • Conduct impact assessments of tools and processes to identify gaps and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate the design and re-design of complex tools and processes to achieve high levels of client service, efficiency, control, and compliance.
  • Engage with stakeholders, business partners, and procurement teams to facilitate workshops to generate, review, and update new improved tools and processes.
  • Recommend and implement continuous operational improvements with clear measurable benefits.
  • Present business cases to articulate return on investment to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the definition of risk mitigation action plans to resolve existing gaps in tools and processes.
  • Ensure the preparation of detailed tool and process diagrams and accompanying documentation.
  • Assist with the implementation of operational changes to support campaigns.
  • Ensure that all new tools and processes are tested prior to implementation and liaise with internal teams to ensure change control and management processes.
  • Assist with the implementation and delivery of internal and external projects related to business tool and process improvement.

  • Advanced experience working with workflow and process control software.
  • Advanced experience conducting process modelling, gap analysis, and requirements engineering.
  • Advanced demonstrated experience using process analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex procurement processes and propose improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting process workflows and procedures.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and openness to change in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Project management skills to coordinate and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of technology trends and their impact on business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience within decentralized global data analytics building out tools to support the procurement organization, dashboards, KPI measurements, and global spend cube development/reporting.
  • PowerBI Dashboard Reporting a must.
  • SharePoint and Advance Excel a must.
  • SAP S/4 Hana a Plus.
