- Claims Process Guidance: Guide customers through the claims process and provide support as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle conflict resolution and ensure that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
- Estimate Review: Review estimates and damages being claimed to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Fraud Detection: Identify potential fraud indicators and take appropriate action.
- Statement Collection: Secure statements and identify exposures to ensure accurate reserves.
- Licensing: Meet state licensing requirements for insurance professionals.
- Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of our customers.
- Independence: Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
