Job Title: Service Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in obtaining necessary information for each job, including Purchase Order numbers, tax-exempt forms, insurance certificates, and certified payroll information.
  • Schedule inspections and service work based on signed quotes, ensuring compliance with state and local codes and customer contracts.
  • Collect inspection reports, check for deficiencies, and quote as necessary.
  • Scan and upload documents to the online document storage system, including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other relevant information.
  • Follow up with customers on quoted deficiencies.
  • Book and create jobs for inspections and service calls within the system, invoicing customers according to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with invoicing customers and follow up for collections for the inspection department.
  • Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED with Associate Degree preferred.
  • Experience in an administrative setting or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.
  • Notary public a plus.
  • Excellent oral, written, telephone, and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and regulations.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
