Job Description

As a Healthcare Navigator with OneJob Virtual Solutions LLC, you will play a vital role in assisting members with scheduling Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to and from their medical and dental appointments. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service and making a real difference in the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls to assist members with scheduling NEMT
  • Resolve member NEMT issues, such as ride reschedules and locating alternative transportation providers
  • Check member benefit eligibility and more
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, and you must pass an assessment in Spanish
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours a week, with some clients requiring weekend shifts
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment
  • Minimum computer specifications or better, as required by the client
  • USB headset with microphone, hard-wired broadband internet service, and phone service
  • Ability to purchase a flash drive for access to the Arise Secure Desktop (ASD)
  • Webcam for certification purposes only
