Internship Opportunity in Finance at Sonoco

Sonoco, a global leader in packaging solutions, is offering a unique internship opportunity in finance for students pursuing their undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. This 12-week program is designed to provide hands-on experience in various functional areas, including Corporate FP&A, Business Unit FP&A, Corporate Development/Planning, Financial Data Systems, and Investor Relations.

Program Highlights:

  • Participate in project work to gain a better understanding of your future potential at Sonoco
  • Opportunity to join the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry-level positions upon graduation

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a 4-year institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling knowledge

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly base salary for Undergraduate Business/Non-Technical Degrees: $4,100 (Senior), $3,900 (Junior), $3,700 (Sophomore), $3,500 (Freshman)
