Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Lead Engineer to join our team in Spokane, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable engineering firm and contribute to the success of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience with project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and manage disciplines to ensure successful project completion within budget and on time.
  • Prepare deliverable documents, including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Attend client meetings and coordinate efforts between external and internal project teams.
  • Evaluate and apply engineering judgment, techniques, and procedures to complete projects from concepts through construction.
  • Develop project workplans, tasks, and assignments for the team.
  • Oversee engineering calculations and equipment selection.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship for staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Relevant professional credential (PE).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of electrical E-3 experience or 5-10 years of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to assemble and run a team.
  • Strong delegation skills.
  • Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
