Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.

About the Role:

As the Power Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technology.
  • Translate complex functional and technical business requirements into custom solutions with engaging customer experiences using low-code development technologies in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Participate in product development and production deployment.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience with front-end or low-code business application software development.
  • 4+ years of experience developing applications with Power Platform, including both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with web and front-end software development techniques and frameworks.
  • Experience conducting and participating in code reviews.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics development and migration.
  • Experience with web services and API development, including custom connectors.
  • Experience with data modeling and design.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and SharePoint, and how they integrate with Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of relational databases.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Certification.

Compensation:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD).
