Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to employees

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old

  • Valid driver's license
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
