Position Overview:
BCforward is in search of a dedicated Sales and Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving insights through data analysis and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analysis of sales and promotional data to derive actionable insights.
2. Generate comprehensive reports on promotion performance for executive reviews.
3. Establish and maintain a centralized repository for promotional data and reports.
4. Oversee the intake process for sales readiness support requests.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data-driven analysis, particularly with advanced Excel skills.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on sales and trend analysis.
- Strong project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling through data.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools for generating insights.
- Experience in building dashboards using PowerBI.

Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business analysis, ideally within consumer products or technology sectors.
