About the Role

Nexxen is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit and Collections Analyst to join their Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with customer sales credit approval, accounts receivable, and collections processes, as well as associated reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with credit inquiries, make credit recommendations, and perform accounts receivable aging analysis
  • Collect, evaluate, and manage financial information for credit worthiness reviews and approvals
  • Ensure accounts receivable transactions follow company policies and General Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Represent the company professionally in making collection calls/emails to slow-pay or delinquent accounts
  • Partner closely with the sales organization to facilitate credit approval and cash collection process
  • Assist with daily cash applications and month-end close process
Requirements
  • B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years collections experience
  • Exceptionally versed in credit/collection law and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with limited supervision
  • Strong team player and able to thrive under pressure in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as integrity, assertiveness, initiative, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in NetSuite
Compensation and Benefits

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. The company offers a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
