Job Overview

The Property Maintenance Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for performing various duties to maintain and enhance the value of our apartment complex and community. This role involves handling service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the community meets quality standards
  • Handle service requests from residents and management staff in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the service staff to ensure seamless operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in general building maintenance and small appliance repair
  • Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
  • HVAC Certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
