About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deckhand Specialist at Waterfront Services. As a key member of our barge maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing tasks associated with building and breaking tow, as well as maintaining our fleet of vessels.

Responsibilities:
• Perform tasks related to barge maintenance, including cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment
• Assist in the operation of heavy machinery, such as cranes and winches
• Work safely on barges and other vessels, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the maritime industry
• Ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
