About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children in their home environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with children and families to provide emotional support and guidance.
- Teach essential life skills, such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
- Support foster parents by providing training, guidance, and resources to help them provide the best possible care for children in their homes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human services field, OR a Master's degree in a human services field.
