We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our crisis response team and deliver high-quality behavioral health services. As a Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to problem-solve, build relationships with community partners, and supervise clinical staff to support and achieve program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Support Clinical Staff: Supervise care staff, assist in the allocation of caseloads, coordinate activities related to mental health and crisis, and complete performance evaluations.
- Provide Leadership and Training: Provide leadership in training and oversight of crisis response team, actively participate in meetings, case reviews, supervisory sessions, and patient care.
- Assessment and Case Management: Develop plans for provision and services, assessment and case management, planning, including revision of care plans for patients not progressing, collaborating with billing provider via participation in psych consults.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Utilize outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC: Must be actively licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- 2 Years of Clinical Supervisory/Administrative Experience: Must have 2 years of clinical supervisory/administrative experience in the realm of Behavioral Health.
- California Licensed or Eligible: Must be California licensed or eligible to obtain.
