  • Hands-on experience in UI development with responsive design principles.
  • Proficient in Bootstrap or Foundation frameworks.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Protractor).
  • Strong background in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and implementation.
  • Experience with Java tools in business, web, and client-server environments, including Java Platform, J2EE, JDBC technologies, and Apigee gateway platform.
  • Exposure to database design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of multi-tier architecture and modeling tools like Rational/Visio.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical scrum team and implement front-end solutions based on technical designs.
  • Drive technical initiatives within the scrum team, ensuring quality in delivery.
  • Ensure the team adheres to quality standards with clean pipelines and high coverage.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their engineering skills and keep pace with technological advancements.
  • Translate business requirements into effective application architectures.
  • Assess the feasibility and scalability of front-end solutions, collaborating with business and product owners.
  • Manage production issues, including triage and prevention.
  • Conduct UI design reviews for feasibility and technical impact.
  • Develop sustainable and accessibility-compliant solutions.
  • Address long-term technical debt and conduct code reviews.
  • Analyze and implement initiatives focused on performance, stability, reliability, and architecture.
  • Engage in research and development of proofs of concept and innovative customer interaction ideas.
  • Assist in defining alternative solutions for business challenges and provide estimates for new workstreams.
  • Foster a culture of learning by establishing and sharing best practices and lessons learned.
