Job Summary:

The Bartender is a key member of our team at Oak View Group, responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our hospitality, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and promotions, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more experience in a bartending role.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
