  • Oversee ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring comprehensive reporting and analytics.

  • Optimize the configuration of Pardot business units, user profiles, and permissions.
  • Strategically plan and analyze integrated Pardot campaigns, making adjustments based on performance metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end Pardot implementations, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking in technical configurations of Pardot.
  • Employ change management techniques to foster user adoption of Pardot tools.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pardot administration.
  • Proficient in Salesforce APIs and integrations.
  • Possession of Salesforce and Pardot certifications.
  • Expertise in data sharing and connectors between Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in Pardot and Salesforce reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce CMS, custom sites, and domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (highly preferred).
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
