Key Responsibilities
  • Solve Problems and Provide Timely Assistance: Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute meaningful events and activities that foster a sense of community and engagement among residents.
  • Build Brand Loyalty: Ensure a consistently positive experience for residents and prospects, and maintain a meticulously cared for community.
  • Generate Awareness and Interest: Utilize various channels to promote our community and services, and encourage happy customers to share their experiences with others.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Work weekends or evenings as needed to ensure that our community is always well-staffed and responsive to resident needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, prospects, and colleagues.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a sharp and professional appearance at all times.
  • Technical Skills: Competent with various software, apps, and computer programs.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess an eye for detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-focused mentality and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as packages and other items may need to be handled.
