Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of all case carts, adhering to local inventory standards.
  • Evaluate and document quality assurance program findings, coaching team members to improve regular audit outcomes.
  • Focus on productivity standards and quality workflow metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.
Requirements
  • One or more of the following certifications required: Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience or 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
