Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries for service calls and deliver on-site technical assistance.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems with industrial equipment, including pumps, seals, and valves.
- Manage the complete repair process, encompassing disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly.
- Ensure timely and effective equipment installation and commissioning.
- Assess equipment performance and carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
- Educate clients on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as repair facilities, customer support, and sales engineering.
- Keep precise and organized service documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery, including pumps, valves, and seals.
- Proficient in interpreting technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work overtime as required.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong dedication to safety, ethics, and quality standards.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions around large equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant professional certifications.
- Experience collaborating effectively within diverse teams.
