Job Overview

Wilcox Industries is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our production team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely material movement to and from the production line.

About the Role

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, manage work orders, and ensure efficient material movement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control and coordinate work orders released to the floor to maintain optimal inventory control.
  • Collaborate with ECR and TDR teams to ensure the correct materials are on the production floor at all times.
  • Maintain a well-organized and optimized material storage area to facilitate smooth production processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in SAP, LISA, MRB, PNR, and WMS systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others.
  • Strong safety awareness and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for this position.

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including equal employment opportunity and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
