POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Broadcast Systems Technician to join our team. This full-time role is essential for the installation, operation, and maintenance of various broadcast and non-broadcast equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with various departments.
- Work alongside a skilled engineering team to design, implement, test, and document new systems and equipment as needed.
- Oversee and maintain data networks in compliance with stringent information security protocols.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on systems that support live broadcasts and production events.
- Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues promptly to minimize service interruptions.
- Execute software and hardware updates, testing, and installations as required.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff regarding daily workflows.
- Promote and adhere to best engineering practices and standards.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
- Comprehensive knowledge of broadcast and network systems; experience with RF and fiber optic workflows is advantageous.
- Proactive work ethic with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows, along with strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in television or radio broadcast engineering or related technical fields.
- An associate degree in Engineering/IT is preferred, or a minimum of four years of relevant industry experience is required.
- Physical requirements include the ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet, lift 40 pounds, and work in confined spaces.
- Availability for flexible working hours is essential.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for operating company vehicles.
- Candidates must successfully pass a background check.
