We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, hire, and train new pharmacist team members
    • Design and implement new pharmacist training programs
    • Provide guidance and coaching to all pharmacist direct reports
  • Formulary Management
    • Maintain and manage the MEE medication formulary
    • Coordinate the addition, modification, and deletion of medications to the MEE formulary
  • Medication Safety
    • Monitor the literature for new medication safety warnings
    • Collaborate with Risk Management and Quality & Patient Safety to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Quality Improvement
    • Optimize existing pharmacy services and implement new initiatives
    • Identify and monitor process and quality indicators
  • Education and Training
    • Presents in-services/lectures to healthcare professionals
    • Serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) plus at least 7 years of hospital experience
  • Board Certification required
  • Completion of PGY1 residency preferred
