Job Overview
Premier Podiatry and Orthopedics, a part of Balance Health, is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a full-time X-Ray Technician, you will be responsible for taking required patient images using technological equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Take clear and timely patient images using radiological technology.
  • Communicate effectively with clinicians on a regular basis.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks and provide coverage for Medical Assistants.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technician in a medical practice or similar environment.
  • Current California AART certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • Familiarity with current radiological standards.
  • Hands-on experience assisting Physicians with procedures and tasks in patient exam rooms.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, including prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to maintain professional interactions with patients, physicians, and coworkers.
  • Ability to ensure accurate, timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to accept coaching and guidance for continual improvement, career growth, and development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background investigation, including a clean DMV report and pre-employment drug screen.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday with a competitive pay range of $27-$35 per hour depending on relevant work experience. Eligible candidates will participate in our company benefit program after 30 days of employment, including health insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, and more.
