Imaging Specialist Job Overview

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a highly skilled Imaging Specialist to join their team as a travel CT Technologist. This exciting opportunity is based in Carmichael, California.

About the Position:
  • Job Type: Travel Imaging Specialist
  • Duration: 15 weeks
  • Shift: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Estimated Salary and Benefits:

The estimated weekly pay for this position is between $2692.00-$2892.00. In addition to the base salary, you can expect to receive a non-taxable stipend of approximately $1652.00 per week. The total taxable income is estimated at around $1040.00-$1240.00 per week. The hourly rate ranges from $26.00-$31.00.

Responsibilities:

As an Imaging Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Operating advanced imaging equipment, including CT scanners
  • Conducting radiographic procedures and exams
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with medical standards
Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must possess:

  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) certification
  • State License-Radiology Technologist-California
  • State License-Flouroscopy Technician-California
Work Environment:

You will be working in a fast-paced medical environment with access to state-of-the-art imaging equipment. The work schedule includes a mix of regular shifts and occasional call-in periods.
