Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect services to students in a school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Work with students to improve their communication skills, including articulation, language, and fluency
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Active or pending state SLPA license
- Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure is preferred
