Senior Physical Therapy Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at HealthPro Heritage in Kenner, LA. This role will provide direct patient care and work closely with Physical Therapists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
- Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.
