Job Summary

JMJ Evolution is seeking a skilled Structural Assembler to join our team in Sandpoint, Idaho. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and adjusting aeronautical parts and subassemblies according to plans, specifications, and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and comply with work procedures, safety rules, and company regulations.
  • Determine required materials and plan tasks to be performed.
  • Interpret drawings and engineering drawings to assemble and prepare parts, equipment, and products.
  • Perform electrical tests and ensure product conformance to standards.
  • Report work done and perform component inventory prior to assembly.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to assemble sub-assemblies and structural assemblies of airframes and aircraft systems.
  • Adapt to different types of assembly, including large and small components.
  • Adjust and use manual or automated machines and tools according to the work to be carried out.
  • Ensure assemblies comply with manufacturing records through various means of control.
  • Carry out all operations in compliance with health and safety rules in force.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret drawings and engineering drawings.
  • Experience with manual or automated machines and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety rules and company regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
