**Job Title:** Structural Assembler

**Job Summary:**

JMJ Evolution is seeking a skilled Structural Assembler to join our team in Sandpoint, Idaho. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling aeronautical parts and subassemblies according to plans, specifications, and tolerances.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assemble and adjust aeronautical parts and subassemblies according to plans and specifications
* Comply with applicable standards, safety rules, and company regulations
* Perform daily tasks, including learning work procedures, determining required materials, and interpreting drawings and engineering drawings
* Assemble, prepare, and test parts, equipment, and products as directed
* Ensure product conformance to standards and make changes as necessary
* Report work done and perform component inventory prior to assembly
* Read and interpret blueprints and assemble sub-assemblies and structural assemblies of airframes and aircraft systems
* Adapt work to different types of assembly and adjust and use manual or automated machines and tools according to the work to be carried out
* Ensure assemblies comply with the manufacturing record and carry out all operations in compliance with health and safety rules

**Requirements:**

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
