The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field operations and contract administration, including safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, material and equipment procurement, and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract value and ensure accurate quantities completed
  • Identify and mitigate potential risk exposure and cost overrun exposure
  • Plan and manage budgets, including financial wellbeing
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in heavy civil and bridge construction
