Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Little Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, building strong relationships with our patients and community, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver exceptional healthcare services to our patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and education on health and wellness.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare community, and store personnel to enhance practice building and continuity of care.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings to ensure a safe and quality-based healthcare environment.
  • Manage Clinic Operations: Ensure the clinic remains open for all scheduled hours, manage inventory, and order supplies to maintain cost-effective clinical operations.
  • Stay Current with Clinical Best Practices: Attend ongoing education seminars to stay up-to-date with retail, family practice, and primary care best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelors Degree as a Physician Assistant.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills, excellent oral/written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, critical care, experience with electronic health record charting systems, and experience with applicable clinical procedures.
