Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Direct major projects within core markets, acting as the liaison to stakeholders and representatives. Ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion while being accountable for overall project success and leading a team of Project Managers.
  • Client Development: Post-project completion, leverage existing relationships to secure new projects, with support from the estimating team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction management on the General Contractor side, specifically overseeing large-scale Healthcare projects valued at $200M or more.
  • Experience working with top-ranked ENR General Contractors.
  • Demonstrated longevity in employment, with a minimum of 5 years at the same company.
  • Proficient in various ground-up construction markets.
