Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor

As a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice to high-net-worth clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide tailored investment advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual circumstances.
- Work closely with clients to identify and address their financial challenges and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 65 licenses.
- Two years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Minimum of one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Self-starter who efficiently manages time and capacity.
- Set and accomplish goals, achieving whatever you put your mind to.
- Build and nurture strong relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with others to get things done.
- Communicate effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients.
- Manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Likes to learn, adapts to new information and seeks the right solutions for clients.
- Thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients.
- A strong referral network from across the business to increase opportunities for affluent and high net worth client acquisition and provide access to partners who are specialists in their field.
