Job Summary

As a Store Manager at Midas, you will be responsible for leading a team of automotive and general service technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Your primary focus will be on managing and directing the daily operations of the service center, including employee management, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to and consulting with customers
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and provide comprehensive recommendations
• Manage sales, accounting, and clerical functions, including inventory management and employee payroll
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, including environmental compliance

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience
• General automotive knowledge and excellent customer service disposition
• Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• Valid driver's license and strong POS computer and Internet skills

Compensation

$1,000.00 per week
