Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Sedgewood Center in Falmouth, ME. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts, promoting continuity of care.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR certification
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a related setting
