As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance
    • Ensure the store's visual presentation is consistently high-quality and aligned with brand standards.
    • Identify and resolve areas requiring product recovery, cleaning, and organization.
    • Coordinate with Store Management and production specialists for inventory control support and production activities.
  • Sales and Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive sales growth.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive and engaging customer experience.
  • Inventory Control and Store Operations
    • Support the maintenance and organization of back-of-house store rooms.
    • Enforce correct execution of store plans, procedures, and processes.
    • Provide input to and reinforce production and promotion priorities.
Requirements
  • Verifiable experience in inventory control and visual merchandising.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort with reviewing and analyzing sales trends and product movement reports.
