We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Family Medicine setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical consultations, and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Conduct medical consultations and examinations for patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Current APRN licensure in Georgia
- Experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
