About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our members, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with members
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
