Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food to members in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
