Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and team members upon arrival, providing necessary information and directions
- Adhere to established visitor sign-in protocols to maintain security
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Organize company events and outings, providing detailed itineraries to ensure successful off-site activities
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date business calendar by scheduling appointments
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Experience in handling phone calls and managing challenging situations
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
