Inpatient Psychiatrist

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Physician to join our team. As a Psychiatric Physician with our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of mental healthcare in central and western New York. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and well-being.

- DO or MD degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in New York State.
- Board certification in psychiatry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position requires the ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly. The position also requires occasional walking, standing, or squatting.
Pay RangeThe listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
