Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an LPN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by providing compassionate and skilled care to patients in need.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
  • Train and educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage patient supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
Qualifications
  • Current LPN license in good standing (in applicable state)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum one year clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
