Position Overview:

We are looking for a candidate with:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Registered Architect, preferably in K-12 or higher education.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a valid Architect License.
  • Proficiency in Revit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage K-12 projects effectively.
  • Coordinate project efforts and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Develop strategic plans and provide accurate scope and cost estimates for new initiatives.
  • Lead master planning and oversee projections and billing processes.
  • Successfully manage multiple teams across various projects while adhering to schedules and budgets.
  • Engage in continuous client interaction and collaborate with leadership for business development opportunities.
