Role Summary: As a Nursery Sales Associate at Terrain, you will contribute to driving sales by naturally engaging customers on common interests in home decor and gardening. You will uphold our four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform, and to appreciate our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Exceed customer expectations by building genuine, long-lasting relationships through personalized attention; actively share details to promote Terrain's unique events.
  • Teamwork + Communication: Contribute to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others; actively participate in daily meetings and projects; exhibit strong understanding of home and garden style that is reflective of the Terrain brand.
  • Visual + Business Operations: Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; support team members across departments to maintain product standards and inspirational displays.

Requirements:

  • Terrain brand fan
  • Experience in customer service
  • Horticulture understanding
  • Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of home decor trends and gardening
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range: Starting from USD $16.50/Hr.
